For one of our clients – an international company delivering live casino experience, we are
on a lookout for experienced and motivated people for the role of an Facility Supervisor.
Role summary:
In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of company facilities,
ensuring an optimal work environment for employees and teams. Your expertise in facility
management, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills will contribute to efficient,
functional, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facility Operations and Maintenance: Ensure the continuous and optimal operation of
studios, servers, and infrastructure systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) while supervising
repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
* Team and Vendor Management: Coordinate maintenance teams, reception, cleaning
staff, and external vendors to ensure high-quality services, timely interventions, and smooth
operations
* Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records, centralize executed contracts,
verify supplier invoices, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Relocation and Housing Management: Oversee employee relocation processes, identify
and evaluate rental properties, negotiate contracts, and ensure monthly inspections,
maintenance, and payment management.
* Resource and Cost Management: Procure, maintain, and replace office equipment, furniture, and materials while monitoring expenses and developing cost optimization proposals
* Policy Development and Communication: Support the creation and implementation of
Facilities Management policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance
* Operational Support: Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and leadership teams,
providing training to new employees and resolving facility-related issues to maintain a
functional work environment.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role within facilities or property management;
* Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
* Team player with a customer-oriented mindset, able to manage and lead teams effectively;
* Organized, analytical, detail-oriented and a skilled decision-maker, able to prioritize tasks in
a dynamic environment;
* Experienced with building infrastructure systems and technical maintenance;
* Skilled in using the MS Office apps (advanced Excel and Word user) and Google Docs;
* High school level education is acceptable but higher levels of education are preferred;
* Good understanding of real estate and property management principles, background in
basic finance (invoicing and expense tracking) is desirable but not required.
