An European leading Designer partner is looking for a German or French speaking HR Operations Manager to support with the team, payroll and system management across France, Germany, Austria and Netherlands. In this highly operational role, you will be overlooking at compliance, policies and system optimisation as well as other ad-hoc projects in the appointed countries
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting the different countries HR operations and providing improvements
- Managing and optimising HRIS systems and Payroll
- Developing comprehensive HR processes and administration
- Supporting local HR team with policies to ensure local legislation compliance
- Managing compensations review cycles
- Managing, supporting and developing a team of 4 coordinators
- Additional ad-hoc projects including payroll, global mobility, etc.
About you:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate HR Operations Manager, with fluency in German or French and English, to be part of a well-established organisation and support the wider people function. This is an ideal role for someone with extensive experience in HR Operations, with a passion for managing and supporting a team and drive operational changes.
Profile:
- Fluency in German or French and English is a must
- 5 years experience in HR Operations
- Previous experience in managing and training a team
- Previous exposure total rewards and some understanding of payroll
- Previous experience implementing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills are required; influence and interpersonal
