We are on a search for seasoned, active, positive and leadership-oriented individuals for the role of Security and Compliance Supervisor with Russian and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
👉🏻Creating daily plans to efficiently manage incoming tasks
👉🏻Supporting daily operations of the local security and compliance team
👉🏻Assisting security and compliance specialists during escalations
👉🏻Working with security and compliance lead, game, and anti-fraud teams to ensure a seamless user experience
👉🏻Helping your lead generate regular reports on quality, effectiveness, and productivity
👉🏻Quickly escalating significant events in your team's regions to the Policy Council for urgent decisions
👉🏻Assisting your lead in generating regular reports on quality, effectiveness, and productivity.
Requirements:
🗣️Proficient in Russian and English (written and spoken C1 level);
🌟At least 2 years of experience with online communities and 2 years in leadership roles;
🚀Proactive attitude, committed to continuous improvement;
📜Background in debate, policy writing, journalism, or related fields is a plus;
💻Strong understanding of pop culture's impact on online communities.
