Our Client

We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers. The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace brand values.

We have an exciting opportunity to represent a vast portfolio of well-known brands with one of the biggest food Companies worldwide, holding together brands such as Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, Yoplait, and Old El Paso.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace company values as your own.

You will respond to consumers' questions and complaints regarding various products and resolve them in a skillful, professional, and empathetic manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies take the extra mile to engage with the customers

Requirements
What skills & experience you'll bring to us?
  • A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in spoken and written
  • A good level of English
  • Customer support experience
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Computer literacy/Microsoft word/Excel
  • Have strong teamwork and ethics
  • Administrative skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent listening, empathy and questioning skills

Benefits
What do we offer?
  • Start date: asap
  • Contract: Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period)
  • Full time:(39 hours/week)
  • Working days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-18 or 10-19 (depending on business needs) with 1 short day
  • Salary: €18,000.00 gross per year
  • 300€ bonus after 3 months without warnings
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home
  • Training: Around 1.5 weeks
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
