Our Client

We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers during the season peak. The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace brand values.

What will you be doing?
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction
  • Handling telephone, email, and social media queries (where needed) and ensuring that all customer & client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Dealing with queries regarding multiple brands and products (across several industries)
  • Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers
  • Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador

Requirements
What skills & experience you'll bring to us?
  • A high level of English (Both written and spoken)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a call centre environment would be a plus
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
  • Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong team spirit and a \"can do\" attitude

Benefits
What do we offer?
  • Start date: July 29th
  • Contract:3 weeks from starting date, with possibility on extension, depending on client's needs
  • Full :(39 hours/week)
  • Working days/Hours: Mon-Thu, 9-18, Fri 9-17 or 10-18
  • Salary: €21,000.00 per year
  • Hybrid work model
  • Training: 2 days
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
