In this role you will lead a team that provides HR administration support to various centers of excellence such as the payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, etc. teams and provide Tier 1 support for employee queries through the HR ticketing system.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the Human Resources Knowledge Center (HRKC - HR Operations team) function through support of HR administration and employee queries, the introduction of SLA's and KPI's, continuous process and policies improvement aligned with the HR organization.
  • Co-ordinate between the HRKC, HR centers of excellence, Regional HR Business Partners and other company functions, as applicable to integrate HR Administration processes where relevant across all regions and ensure long-term planning and operational excellence.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics, using ServiceNow as our main ticketing system, Workday business processes and offline tasks sharing dashboards and reports that enable the identification of potential process improvements.
  • Grow and develop a high performing team (supporting 28 countries and 3600 employees) as well as partnering with other HRKC regional leaders for creating consistency and sharing best practices.
  • Manage global background check process, which includes vendor management and communication and managing background check specialists.
  • Manage annual Culture of Ethics & Compliance trainings' reporting process.

Role Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven management experience in operations, preferably an HR operational role and intermediate working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or a related system.
  • Motivation of team members through development opportunities, results and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, presentation and people skills.
  • Orientation towards operations and process improvement, challenging the status quo and being a futuristic leader with global mindset.
  • Solid computer skills, being familiar with all key technologies, tools and software.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, independent decision making and providing creative solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2983 - 5700 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
