Role Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining different reports related to digital transactions using mostly Power BI as the main BI tool.
  
• You will manage ad-hoc decision analyses to support internal and external customers.
  
• You will research fraud data, trends, and data issues to find the root cause of data gaps.
  
• You will work closely with Internal Risk/Payments/Compliance teams to support risk mitigation initiatives and issues, including tasks such as external vendor evaluation from new or existing products, ad-hoc analysis, or customer behavioral analysis.
  
• You will work closely with your leader, represent the team in various communications, calls and meetings, and will communicate results in writing and verbally.
  
• You will create and document operational processes and will strive for performance management initiatives.
  

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience while managing and creating dashboards, interpreting data, delivering actionable insights, and managing stakeholders' communication.
  
• Demonstrated experience in writing SQL database queries is essential.
  
• Advanced Excel skills in combination with other MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Experience with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  
• Excellent written and spoken English skills is a must.
  
• Ability to professionally communicate with people of different seniority levels.
  
• Proactiveness, ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced global environment, strong time and task management skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, M athematics , Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar would be advantageous.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1891 - 3508 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
