You'll be a part of the Global Fraud Claims organization and will act as subject matter expert within the team. This team is responsible for resolving fraud claims reported by Western Union customers.


Role Responsibilities

  • As a Global Fraud Claims Senior Analyst you will be responsible for the floor support function and escalation handling.
  • You will be managing daily workload and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for effective communication between agencies, customers, internal partners, and legal entities.
  • Also, working and completing on time any other high priority tasks related to regulations.

Role Requirements
  • Reporting skills and good knowledge of Excel or/and Power BI.
  • Experience or knowledge in Fraud would be considered as an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Attentiveness to details.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Schedule flexibility required based on business needs (possible a few later calls, yet usual Mon-Fri working schedule).

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1258 - 1858 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
