In this job, you will be helping adventurous people get the best experience possible. If you're in, then your daily work will include:

🤝 Providing high quality customer service and instructing people on the phone and through email. It's all about that customer love!

☎️ Helping with booking hotels, cancelling plans, shifting dates, etc.

💻 Sorting out any issues with their accounts, loyalty cards, and deals.

💪 Solving problems, multitasking, and keeping a friendly vibe.

Your Qualifications

💭 You speak and write in Spanish fluently. Plus, you should be smooth in English (B2 level).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a bonus, but if you're new to the game, don't worry.

💻 You should have a basic understanding of working with a computer.

💪🏻 We need you to be a problem-solver and a people person with great motivational and soft skills.
