As part of our team, you will handle daily requests in Greek via e-mail, phone, and other platforms that require an outbound call. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers to answer, assist and solve any question, request, and issue that may arise, usually on a wide array of topics, ensuring overall customer service satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls or emails providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers' queries and requests
- Complete customers' requests in due time and with a focus on quality
- Manage customers' complaints via phone with patience and empathy
- Guide customers through processes, products, or services (troubleshooting, navigating the company site etc.)
What will you bring:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus.
- Fluent Greek speaking skills
- Good knowledge of English language (oral & written)
- Knowledge of an extra language will be considered an asset.
- Car rental/leasing knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- A positive attitude, empathy, high work- ethic
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail
- Ability to work on flexible shifts
