The Job

In this job, you will be helping adventurous people get the best experience possible. If you're in, then your daily work will include:

🤝 Serving up quality customer service and instructing people on the phone and through email

☎️ Helping with booking hotels, cancelling plans, shifting dates, etc.

💻 Sorting out any issues with their accounts, loyalty cards, and deals

💪 Solving problems, multitasking, and keeping a friendly tone

Your Qualifications

💭 You speak and write fluent Portuguese,  and English at a B2 level

🎓 Experience in customer support is a bonus, but if you're new to the game, don't worry

💻 You should know your way around a computer

💪🏻 We need you to be a problem-solving wizard and a people person with great motivational and soft skills

🥇 Communication skills and multitasking are the key
