The Job

As the Content Moderator your role involves reviewing user flagging reports regarding website content. It's a detail-oriented role where professionalism and concentration are vital. Your daily tasks will include:

👀 Reviewing user flagging reports related to website content

📚 Understanding and staying updated with client policies and guidelines

📋 Reviewing reported content within agreed standards

🔑 Recognizing trends and patterns, escalating issues when necessary

🌐 Using market-specific knowledge to improve user community support

📢 Reviewing sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing images

Your Qualifications

💭 Native-level Italian proficiency and fluent in English (B2).

📞 Experience in customer care is advantageous but not mandatory.

💻 Good computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem-solving abilities, research skills, and attention to detail.

🥇 Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
