We are looking for a German speaking - Licensing Associate to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

-Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 17:30
-A competitive salary package that you will live well on in Spain, starting 32 000 euros gross/year up to 35 000 euros gross/year

What you'll experience with us
As a Licensing Associate in our team, you will:
-Work with the RS to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio
-Assist to develop a renewal plan, aligned to the client's Cloud & or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the client
-Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist (RS) to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer
-Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages
-Working with the client's approved tools, they will help secure all necessary deal approvals. The Commercial VL programs in their scope of work are, but not limited to, the following:
Enterprise Agreements (EA, EAS, SCE)
Open program (OLP, OV, OVS)
Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA)
New Commerce agreement (CSP, MCA-E)
OSPA (China only)
We'll be a great match if you:
-Are native or proficient in German + Fluent in English
-2 or 3+ years Licensing experience with a proven track record of success preferred
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft or other Cloud and Online Services solutions
-Experience working with & understanding negotiations in licensing contracts
-Experienced in establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant. relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
-Able to help customers make the best choices in tough macroeconomic environments
