Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge spend data analysis and vendor master data solutions. At its core, they recovery audits for their clients and the goal is to find and recover money for the clients that are in the suppliers administration and of which they are not aware.

How does it work?
Claims are found via data-analysis and the statements process. Auditors will verify these claims in the admin of our clients and then will prepare these claims for the audit call center to communicate verify and recover with the suppliers. At the moment, they are looking for a Dutch speaking Claim Recovery Specialist to join the Audit Call Center team.
As a Claims Recovery Specialist you are responsible for the communication with the suppliers and you work closely with the auditors. If you enjoy the hunt for claims, love communication and you enjoy solving problems then join us today!

Purpose of the position:
In a professional and user-friendly manner communicate, verify and recover claims for the purpose of recovering money. Gathering financial information from the accounts receivable from suppliers to our clients; Processing and archiving acquired information in a secure manner, using the appropriate software.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

Claims:
  • Communication and verification of claims to recover money from suppliers according to target. This needs to happen in a professional and user-friendly way within the appointed deadlines and with the use of different communication tools (call, e-mail etc.)


Data and processing:
  • Correct processing and archiving of claims within the appointed deadlines.
  • Collaboration and communication with auditors on claims, recoveries and other issues


Quantitative dimensions:
  • Number of called and approved claims which influence turnover of Transparent.


The skills and knowledge that we're expecting from you:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred focus on Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of work experience as financial administrator, accounts payable specialist or similar
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, i.e. both accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Fluent in Dutch and English written and oral. Any other language is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • You are able to flexibly respond to ad-hoc situations
  • Strong and open communication skills (able to convince suppliers)
