What you'll be doing at Webhelp



As a Russian-Speaking Virtual Renewals Representative, you will:

• Ensure on-time renewals of security subscriptions and improve customer security posture through upselling and cross-selling.

• Collaborate with regional business teams to close opportunities and engage directly with customers for timely Security License renewals.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success (CX) team to minimize renewal pipeline risks, following a proactive renewal strategy.

• Utilize SFDC.com to follow up on opportunities related to Security Renewals Software licenses.

• Proactively and reactively generate renewal quotes in CCW, even in non-standard approval routing situations.

• Support annuities sales, develop a deep understanding of products, identify process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with various teams, partners, and Distributors to achieve quarterly sales targets while ensuring timely bookings through regular engagement with the Channel.

We'll be a great match if you:

• Are fluent or with a high level of Russian and/or Polish.

• Have excellent Excel knowledge with great English.

• Have ability in sales and customer engagement to ensure timely renewals and promote upselling and cross-selling.

• Have an In-depth understanding of security products, tools, and processes relevant to the role.

• Are proficient in identifying and driving process improvements for greater efficiency.

• Have strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining working relationships with teams and partners.

• Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.

• Are familiar with relevant systems, but adaptable, and effective communication skills for engagement with the Channel and Distributors.
