What you'll be doing at Webhelp



As an English-Speaking Technical Support Advisor, you will:

    • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns


    • Demonstrate strong conversational skills and ability to have non-scripted conversations with a range of customer bases: private, commercial customers, electricians, and field service partners.


    • Assist customers by identifying and analyzing their needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction


    • Ensure the content of communication meets the needs of the target audience



We'll be a great match if you:

    • Have a high level of English (oral and written)


    • Have a technical understanding and understanding of electromobility products and services


    • Have administrative skills and basic knowledge of electrical engineering


    • Are Certified TÜV training is a plus


    • Have previous experience and interest in electromobility


    • For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
