We are looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

- 30 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Sunday 13:00 to 20:00

- Competitive salary 14 200 euros gross/year + up to 1 150 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Customer Service Advisor in our team, you will:

- Take incoming user requests from employees (via telephone, email, voicemail, chat)

- Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer

- Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and advanced in English

- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment

- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' need

-Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution

It would be a plus if you:

- Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
