Role: Senior Payroll Consultant role

Location: Germany, Remote

Salary: DOE (up to €75K p/a)

Requirements:

• Experience in processing payroll for the German Market
• Fluent in German, communicative level of English
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Min 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of German payroll tax laws and regulations
• Experience working with SAP
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for payroll and service delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working to tight deadlines and perform all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
