We are looking for an Arabic speaking Customer Advisor for Fashion Industry, to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:

What you'll experience with us

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:

- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' requests.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within our agreed service levels.
- Escalate potential service issues, and follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
- Cover for other advisors in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
- Liaise with Team Leader/QA/Trainer/TM on specific projects where requested.


We'll be a great match if you:

- Have a native level of Arabic language with advanced French
- Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/
- Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Possess customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs


It would be a plus if you:

- Have an advanced level of Spanish and/or English.
- Have knowledge of internet configurations
- Have the ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Are a self-starter that likes dealing with several task with limited time on your hands
