We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Representative for Fashion Industry to join one our exciting projects in the fashion field.

Your benefits:
- Full-time contract: rotative Monday to Friday 11:00 to 20:00, Saturday 8:00 to 18:00
- Competitive salary and performance bonus: 17 900,00 Euros gross/year + up to 1400 Euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us
As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:
- Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
- Escalate potential service issues
- Follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
We'll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in both English and German
- Are goal and customer service oriented
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
