What you will do 

Collections Coordinator is the right position for you if you would like to take over a role where you can use your communication skills and that is close to business and finance. In our Business Centre this position belongs to the Order-To-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for collection of past due amounts from our customers. We are the first point of contact for situations related to accounts receivable and are driven by our cash related goals. 

How you will do it  

In this team the communication is mostly done by email so its 60% email and 40% calls. 

In your role as a Collections Coordinator, you will deal with activities related to Johnson Controls business customer portfolios:

• manage Collection processes, provide early-stage customer service and, where necessary, raise cases involving customer complaints.
• support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding billing, collection, and cash application. 
• analyze aging debt reports and initiate calls & receiving calls.
• support the business by understanding customer complaints.
• initiate research cases to resolve billing and commercial customer service issues on accounts and take appropriate actions to prevent delinquent payment.

Required

• Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience in customer service  
• Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment while meeting deadlines 

Preferred

• Innovative and constantly looking for opportunities to improve 
• Experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment is a plus 
• Solid self-management, team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality 

What will you learn  

In this dynamic position you will learn and practice negotiation skills on daily basis as you will be the key player within our team. Also, you can create relationship with our business partners in UK, which will help you in future negotiations.  You will acquire management skills, too, as you will need to arrange your daily schedule, obtain as much valid information as possible to make our business grow and our customers satisfied. As you will be working with Excel and Power BI on daily basis, you will improve your analytical skills so that you are able to easily extract/understand the most important figures from the reports you have at hand.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1150 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
