Responsibilities:

• Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio streamed to real players in a rotating shift work environment.
• Always maintain the highest professional standards.
• Participate in table promotions, internal and external media campaigns 
• Interact with, and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our online players
• Develop self-skills and knowledge, maintain proficiency
• Reports any incident to PIT BOSS or unusual activities in gaming areas, colleagues, tables and chats 
• Carry out any ad hoc duties that might be required from time to time according to the Company’s exigencies.
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, including Public Holidays

 
Experience & Skills

• 1year experience in Customer service related roles
• Korean speaker at a Native level
• Fluent level of English language
• Willing to work shifts including weekends, in a 24/7/365
