We are recruiting for a position of IT Help Desk for Microsoft  with Nordic Languages (Finnish OR Danish OR Swedish OR Norwegian OR German)

It is a position of technical support with chat, email, tickets mostly and few calls sometimes.

We have different projects open with different tasks and benefits

Requirements:
• NATIVE speaker of one of these languages: Finnish OR Danish OR Swedish OR Norwegian OR German
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Very good computer skills
• At least High School Diploma
• Customer care experience
• Excellent communication skills
• EU passport or ALREADY with residence card (MANDATORY)
