We are looking for a Customer Representative with French in Spain
Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
Place outbound calls when required
Quote creation and follow up
Use upselling/cross-selling technics to maximise revenue
Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
Track on stock availability
Cross language backup if needed
Answer and deal with customer post sales requests
Solve status queries.
Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
