Our client, a global SaaS organisation based in central Manchester, has a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking Sales Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be managing and leading a team of 3 bilingual Sales representatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring team performance and conducting regular reviews
• Making sure KPI's and daily calls/emails are completed within the team
• Conducting team training when required
• Helping the team with client queries and phone calls

About you:

The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will have strong problem-solving, leadership and analytical skills. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience managing a sales team who wishes to develop their career within a great global organisation. You would be working on a hybrid scheme from their office, 8am to 4pm.

Profile:

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience managing a sales team would be ideal
• Experience working in a SaaS business is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
