The Job

Ready for a career that's as amazing as Prague itself? As a Technical Supporter you'll be creating a positive online experience for millions of users as a customer support analyst. Your daily tasks will include:

🛠 Resolving technical issues via phone and email like a digital detective.

📞 Speaking to customers with a smile in your voice.

📊 Updating customer databases and CRM systems.

🤝 Cooperating and communicating with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers from around the world.

 

Your Qualifications

💬 You speak Danish fluently, and English at a B2 level.

🎓 Experience in customer support is a bonus, but not a must.

💻 You have basic computer skills.

💪🏻 You’re great at problem-solving and building (fast) great relationships.

🥇 You can prioritise, communicate and express your thoughts clearly.
