We are looking for a Customer Service Employee with Danish to work in our office in Goteborg (Hybrid opportunities)
Your role:
Advising customers on the best lighting products.
Handling customer inquiries via chat, e-mail and telephone.
General administrative work for returns.
Gathering information about customer needs, answering them and reporting any challenges to the supervisor or team leader.
High school education required but doesn't need to have experience (although the more the better), Good communication and listening skills.
Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, because you work in an international environment. Must be a team player and can handle stress during the high periods. Must have positive and can do atttitude and is ambitious as there will be opportunities to develop in the company
Full-time position - 38 hours per week |
Monday-Friday with Hybrid working model 50/50 2 days in office |
26000 SEK gross a month
