The Job
As a Customer Advisor, you're the point of contact between customers and one of the biggest travel companies. You'll represent the company and provide professional advice and guidance for all travel-related questions, and concerns. This could involve suggesting exciting destinations, explaining how to get there, and resolving payment issues. You will receive all the training you need before supporting customers.Ā

Your tasks will include:
āļø Provide support to customers via phone and email.
š¢ Giving accurate and complete information by using the right procedures (training and tools provided)
š¤ Build fast and trustworthy relationships and answering customer questions in a friendly, professional tone
š Follow management direction and provide valuable feedback
Your Qualifications
š¬ You are fluent in German and you speak English at a B2 level
š Itās a plus if you have experience in customer support and the travel industry (but not a must)
š» You have a basic understanding of computer handling
šŖš» You are eager to learn and you are great at resolving problems
š„ You have great communication and listening skills.Ā
