What you will do
Troubleshoot and resolve applications and business issues supporting Johnson Controls digital platform where we offer products, parts, and services from our portfolio: Building Automation Systems & Controls, Fire detection, Security and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Commercial Air Conditioning, and Industrial Refrigeration)
How you will do it
- Perform online (TeamViewer) customer technical support as needed
- Team with development engineering and 3rd party suppliers to expedite field reported problems to resolution
- Aid in determining root cause and test solutions to field and customer reported problems
- Document accurate case records of customer issues, status progress and problem resolutions utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Work with cross functional teams to help resolve escalated customer or systemic application issues
- Participate in and provide technical support related to account functionality and on new products test sites
- Analyze the reported issue/case and find out if it is individual or on a global level
- Troubleshoot and resolve it as soon as possible and if needed, follow up with the relevant team (development engineering and 3rd party suppliers)
Required
- Completed high school or university education
- At least two years of previous experience in customer service/IT support role or similar support position
- English – Upper intermediate knowledge (B2)
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills to present and explain complex technical issues
- Customer focused with a strong desire to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced support environment while serving a diverse group of internal and external customers
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
Preferred
- Experience in a field / customer service support role, IT related support role or similar support position
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms (CRM, Cloudcraze, etc.)

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications
