Supply Planner

What you will do

As the Supply Planner you will ensure that Purchase Orders are placed and product is made available for the Security Products Orders places by JCI’s EMEA External Customers. You will be part of the Supply Planning team responsible for ensuring product is available in our distribution warehouses to meet our customer requirements. This role is a vital part of our process to provide best in class Customer Service and you will work closely with the Customer Service and Inside Sales teams to achieve this.

How you will do it

As the Supply Planner, you will be using the ERP software system JD Edwards. Role responsibilities will be to ensure that inventory is replenished and stocked in the correct warehouse, to support projected forecasts and customer order requests. You will need to ensure that dates and information is accurate at all times, so that our customer service and sales teams are clear on the supply position. Revenue and focus of month-end, is very key within the business, but in parallel having the correct level of inventory to ensure inventory targets are maintained is also vital. Close links with Demand planning and the wider global supply chain teams, will help to achieve.

What we look for

Required

• Previous experience working in Supply / Demand planning
• Computer literate with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
• Good Excel skills are critical
• Experience working with a recognized JDE system
• Good interpersonal skills both written and spoken
• Be able to work on own initiative, with an open mind to think outside the box

Preferred

• Experience working with JDE systems

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
