We are seeking an Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian speaking Market Research Executive based any where in the UK, to join a dynamic and friendly team on a full-time, part-time or temporary basis. If you speak fluent Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian and are available immediately, please get in touch. This is a fully remote job with the pay rate increasing to £10.92 after 4 weeks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound telephone calls to decision makers for telephone interviews across the Baltic markets along with gathering specific information from businesses and the public. Shifts are available on weekdays and weekends, covering mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Profile:

• Fluent in written and spoken Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a telephone-based role, such as research, customer services, or sales (desirable).
• Confident telephone manner.
• Excellent internet connection.
• Ability to work a minimum of four shifts, totalling 16 hours.
