What You'll be doing

Looking to build long term relationships as a trusted advisor? Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities over the long term? You'll deliver amazing customer service and uncover sales opportunities for our technology client's customers. With a consultative selling approach and focus on revenue targets, you'll cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment. You'll report to the Operations Sales Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

What You'll be doing

We have challenges for You :

  • Reach out to clients via email, phone and LinkedIn. This will be your number one priority
  • Have discovery calls with customers where you will be tasked with understanding their needs and uncovering pain points
  • Collaborate with field sales team, communicating customers needs and pain points clearly so that the sales representative has a full picture and can prepare an effective pitch
  • Collaborate with marketing team by preparing and executing campaigns

Please contact us if :

  • You have a business proficiency in written and spoken : Dutch (min. C1 level) and English (B2/ C1 level)
  • You have graduated and are looking for a challenging job where you can use your excellent communication and language skills
  • You have sales or customer care experience – nice to have, not mandatory!
  • You have excellent communicational skills and ability to work within the team
  • Your personality is target driven and You are highly motivated to meet the goals
  • You are coachable and are willing to listen and learn

We present You the fantastic offer :

  • You can receive an attractive base salary (11 000 PLN gross) plus high achievable commission if you are proactive
  • First contract for 3 months, next for definite or indefinite period - depends on your performance;
  • We organize work permit for non-EU candidates and visa process;
  • If you live outside Kraków, you will receive the relocation package up to 2000 PLN net (~430 EUR net) to find the best place for yourself at the beginning
