🚀 What you'll do:

• Provide outstanding support via phone, chat, and email to both individual users and business clients.

• Answer questions related to accounts, payments, content, and reporting tools.

• Assist users in optimizing their use of the platform and its services.

• Ensure top-notch customer experience in every interaction.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and comfortable in English (B2 minimum).

• Confident using digital tools, especially social media platforms and online ads.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer-focused attitude.

• Available for a 6 to 12-month fixed-term contract, renewable.
