🔎 What You’ll Do:
✅ Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and messages with professionalism and empathy, including urgent situations.
✅ Apply for policies to ensure the best interest of the community.
✅ Take ownership of user queries until resolution or escalation.
✅ Investigate and escalate issues, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
✅ Manage cases involving safety concerns using trauma-informed methodologies.
✅ Provide exceptional claims service Damage Protection, Liability Insurance, and related programs.
✅ Research, troubleshoot problems, and identify areas for improvement.

🎯 What You Need:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, fraud/risk investigations, or insurance (property damage, healthcare claims, etc.).
✔ Experience handling and estimating contents and automobile/watercraft losses.
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

💰 What We Offer:
✔ Gross Monthly Salary: €870
✔ Language Bonus: €50
✔ Holiday Bonus: €80.83
✔ Christmas Bonus: €80.83
✔ Performance Bonus: €120 (starting from the 4th full month of production, subject to terms and conditions)
✔ Medical & Dental Insurance: Included after 6 months of contract
✔ Annual Leave: 22 business days (as per Portuguese law)
✔ Public Holidays: Compensation provided as per Portuguese law
✔ Relocation Support:

• Up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months upon evidence of ticket)
• Up to €360/month for accommodation (for the first 3 months, reimbursed monthly)
• Assistance with temporary/permanent accommodation

📅 Start Date: Contract starts on the first day of training (fully paid by our client).
