- Conduct in-depth Forex market research on currency pairs, economic indicators, geopolitical events, and central bank policies.
- Monitor and interpret market trends, news, and events to assess their impact on currency prices.
- Use technical analysis tools to identify patterns and trading opportunities.
- Generate reports, forecasts, and recommendations to guide trading strategies.
- Contribute to and create (with support) video and written market commentary for client communications and social media.
- Collaborate with traders and portfolio managers to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry news and regulatory changes in the Forex market landscape.
- Continuously refine trading strategies and contribute to research development.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute to the improvement of research tools and methods to boost market analysis efficiency.
- Track competitors and identify opportunities for market advantage.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Forex market analyst experience; strong currency trading knowledge.
- Proficient in fundamental and technical analysis tools and techniques.
- Skilled with financial analysis software, data platforms, and charting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills; able to synthesize complex info and identify trends.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder insights.
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in high-data environments.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, passionate about financial markets, and industry-aware.
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are highly desirable.
