Role:
Will suit a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager.
This part-time Marketing Manager role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a growing, ambitious company in the fast-evolving aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand growth across clinics.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion.
Market Research:
Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and address key challenges.
Campaign Management:
Oversee lead generation campaigns, analyse performance data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Brand & Corporate Identity:
Take ownership of brand management, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
Content Creation:
Stay informed on social media trends and create engaging content that resonates with target audience on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
External Agency Liaison:
Manage relationships with external partners for SEO, paid social, and website development, ensuring cohesive execution of campaigns.
Website Management:
Optimise the company website to enhance user experience, and overall performance.
Performance Reporting:
Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing.
Strong knowledge of key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with an understanding of best practices for each.
Solid understanding of brand management and the ability to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different platforms.
Experience working with external agencies and managing digital marketing activities .
A keen interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector is essential.
