A global market-leading bio-pharmaceutical company is currently looking for Bilingual French and English Marketing Assistant to join their team at Stockley Park. You'll support marketing team, manage projects, and ensure smooth operations. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about health-care, we'd love to hear from you. This position is offered as a 18-month contract.

Role:

• French speaking Marketing Assistant
• Up to £36,000 p/a
• 18 month contract (start 09/2024)
• Hybrid work pattern - 3 days in office / days WFH

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project management, team calendars, and travel arrangements.
• Co-coordinate copy approval for promotional materials.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Update marketing literature and materials.
• Organise conferences, symposia, and international congresses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Efficient use of ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• University degree (preferably in a relevant field).
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical compliance.
• Proficiency in data management and MS Office.
• Fluent in French and English.
