🔧 Your Role:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email

• Provide clear and friendly technical support for smart devices and apps

• Help with basic troubleshooting and guide users through common issues

• Ensure a positive customer experience with professional, empathetic communication

• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate technical teams

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in one of the following: Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Estonian, Latvian, or Irish

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and a problem-solving attitude

• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

• Previous experience in customer or tech support is an advantage, but not essential
