💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat, social media, and even video calls

• Assist clients with account issues, product-related questions, and general inquiries

• Ensure every interaction is a positive experience

• Manage and follow up on open cases, making sure no issue goes unresolved

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex issues

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Turkish or English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Confidence in using social media and modern communication tools

• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and solution-oriented under pressure

• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not a must — we provide full training!
