We’re partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business process solutions, known for working with top-tier tech brands. Right now, we're searching for a Support Services Advisor with Dutch and English to join their Seville team. If you’re tech-savvy, people-focused, and fluent in Dutch and English, this opportunity might be your next big move.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 💬 Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat

• 🎧 Assist customers with audio technology products—from setup to troubleshooting

• 🔍 Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with confidence and care

• 🤝 Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases when needed

• 📝 Keep clear and accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions provided

✅ What You Bring:

• 🗣 Native-level or fluent Dutch and English (both spoken and written)

• 💡 A passion for helping people and solving problems

• 🎧 Interest in audio equipment and consumer tech is a big plus

• 👂 Excellent communication and active listening skills

• 💻 Comfortable using MS Office tools and customer support/ticketing systems

• 🧠 Previous experience in customer service or technical support is welcome, but not required
