For one of our innovative clients—a trailblazer in Technology and Operations, renowned for expert Advisory and advanced tech solutions—we are seeking a motivated Vendor Integration Support Specialist fluent in German to join their dynamic team on a hybrid model with standard shifts.

• Engage with Clients: Reach out by phone daily to provide support and share valuable insights.

• Communicate Professionally: Handle email interactions with care, ensuring every message is clear and helpful.

• Empower Success: Assist clients in enhancing and expanding their account features.

• Keep It Accurate: Enter and update customer information meticulously in our systems.

• Adhere to Excellence: Follow company procedures to deliver consistent, top-notch service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German with a solid command of English.
