For one of our clients – an international company delivering end-to-end digital solutions. We are on a lookout for experienced and motivated IT professionals for the role of an IT Specialist in Belgrade.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage streaming equipment in the studio and IT support for critical infrastructure (Switchers, Dealer Modules, Encoders, Access Points);
• ork with audio-visual, security, IT and other departments to ensure proper network functionality across the company;
• Ensure encoders and media servers run smoothly for live broadcast;
• Resolve technical issues quickly, troubleshooting and replacing equipment as needed, while collaborating with Operations and Shift Managers;
• Maintain workstations, manage user access, and resolve IT incidents on time;
•  Track IT inventory and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and maintain IT infrastructure;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software for user devices in a technical environment.;
• Strong proficiency in Windows and/or Linux systems, with hands on experience in Active Directory management;
• Experience with hardware/software installations, configurations, and issue resolution;
• Solid experience with Wi-Fi networks and network management;
• Flexible availability, including working on different shifts.
