As a Reporting Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our data strategy. You'll design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to uncover trends, optimize operations, and inform strategic decisions.
What's your Mission?
- Reporting Maestro: Own and coordinate all campaign reporting. Ensure processes are updated and easily accessible.
- Process Guru: Implement and follow agreed-upon processes for new and existing accounts.
- Data Whiz: Deliver timely, accurate, and detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
- Business Analyst: Create monthly or quarterly business reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
- Problem Solver: Propose innovative solutions to optimize operations and meet client and company goals.
- Communication Champion: Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress and potential impacts.
- Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients and address their needs.
- Policy Adherent: Strictly follow all company policies and procedures.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the team and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Insightful Analyst: Provide valuable insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experience.
Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluency English (written and spoken).
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data management tools.
- Data-Driven: Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Data Mining: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R ) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI )
- Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating clear and informative visualizations.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- Position: Operations Executive
- Hours: 39 hours/week
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Salary: €25.000-28.000 gross per year
- Holidays: 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
- Bank Holidays: Paid Bank Holidays + 1 Extra Day in Lieu
- Work Model: Hybrid - 4 days per month at the office
- Training: 2 weeks of office-based training to thoroughly prepare you for your new role
