Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Technical Support Agent will be:

• Addressing any B2B partners' IT-related issues that may arise throughout their workday
• Assisting customers through various channels such as email and phone
• Recording and documenting calls using the ticketing tool
• Elevating issues to the relevant teams for resolution
• Enhancing and sustaining customer satisfaction levels
• Collaborating with direct teammates and various departments through effective communication

• You speak Dutch and English fluently
