What you’ll be doing:

• Answering technical queries from Field and Inside Sales Reps
• Competitive information and product comparisons
• Product Compatibility
• Customer configuration and proposals support
• ISRs or partner training on how to use Product/Configuration tools
• Troubleshooting
• Doubts
• Complex configurations
• Benchmark Requests
• Proactive Information Flow to (Inside Sales/Territory Sales Reps)
• Technical Tool Training
• Customer tender/BID/RFP/RFI support
• Basic Certificates
• Configuration services (Asset Tagging, Bios Settings, Image Load), basic assistance, portfolio familiarization, general orientation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant IT technical role
• Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail
• Ability to embrace and rally behind dynamic workloads.
• Fluent in German
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, global mindset
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
• Good team-playing skills.
• Clear and logical thinking.
• Extremely high work ethic and attention to confidentiality
