As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries and offer solutions in a professional, caring, and efficient way for international well-known brands. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to make sure you feel confident and ready to help customers succeed.
What you’ll do:

Communicate with customers in German via phone, email, and chat.

Listen to their questions and provide helpful answers or simple troubleshooting.

Keep accurate records of each interaction.

Use internal tools and software to manage requests.

Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience every time.
👤 What We’re Looking For

C2 German and good English skills.

Great communication and problem-solving abilities.

Patience, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset.

Comfortable using basic computer tools and multitasking.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening).

Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate.
