🧭 Your Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our clients’ customers. Your job is to make sure every interaction ends with a smile — by providing helpful information, solving issues, and guiding users through their questions with patience and professionalism.
What you’ll do:

Assist customers in German via phone, chat, or email.

Provide clear answers and solutions to product or service inquiries.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Follow up on requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Support with general inquiries, orders, or simple troubleshooting.

Handle any escalations with care and professionalism.

Represent the company positively in every interaction.
🎯 Your Profile

Native-level German (C2) and good English communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not required.

Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.

Comfortable using computers and online systems.

Discreet and respectful when handling sensitive information.

EU passport or valid residence permit for Portugal.
