**Role Overview**
Do you want to work for one of the world’s most recognized game developers in beautiful Thessaloniki? As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent (no calls), you'll ensure a safe and engaging online environment for gamers by reviewing and moderating digital content across social media and applying content policies to make sure interactions stay appropriate and fun. You’ll respond to customer inquiries via email and deliver exceptional player support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide friendly and accurate email support to Portuguese- and English-speaking gamers.
- Review and moderate user-generated content for appropriateness and safety across multiple platforms.
- Ensure players have the best possible experience by addressing questions, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams.
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
- Document interactions for reporting purposes.
**Candidate Profile**
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply policies consistently and identify patterns and behaviours.
- Willingness to relocate to Thessaloniki and work on-site (no remote option).
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (no night shifts).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and passionate about gaming.
