As an Italian Customer Care Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our client’s
Italian-speaking customers, providing support and assistance via email, chat and phone. Your
goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional
    manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team
    when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Italian.
  • Advanced in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.
