Fully remoteAs an Italian Customer Care Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our client’s
Italian-speaking customers, providing support and assistance via email, chat and phone. Your
goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional
manner. - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team
when necessary. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Italian.
- Advanced in English.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.
