For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Call Centre Agent with
Lithuanian or Swedish or Polish or Czech or Irish or Icelandic.

Key Responsibilities:

*Be the friendly voice of our company, assisting customers via calls, emails, or chat with
clarity and professionalism;
*Quickly resolve questions about our products, services, or orders, ensuring every interaction
leaves customers satisfied;
*Escalate complex issues to the right teams while keeping the customer informed every step
of the way;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems to help us continuously
improve;
*Follow the company`s proven procedures and quality standards to ensure every customer
receives a consistent and exceptional experience;
*Understand customer needs and, when appropriate, recommend products or services that add
real value.

Requirements:

*Fluency in Lithuanian or Swedish, Polish, Czech, Irish or Icelandic, plus strong English
communication skills (written and spoken);
*Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers;
*Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support is a plus;
*Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly;
*Able to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment;
*Efficiently handled customer inquiries in a support or call center environment.
